Here’s how you compete in the challenge
The Workouts
★ You must complete 25 SSoD Workouts from September 12th – October 16th
★ Classes Must Be 25 Min or Longer (you may combine two shorter classes to equal one 25 min or longer SWEAT session)
★ Your SSoD classes will be tracked through our SSoD Fitness Tracker, which you can click here to see anytime. Good News! We can see every SSoD class you take and this is how we know you took your classes!
★ Private Facebook group for all challenge participants!
New Challenge Component – It’s a Hydration Challenge!!!
Part of this challenge is to Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate! Why? Well, drinking enough water each day is crucial for many reasons: to regulate body temperature, keep joints lubricated, prevent infections, deliver nutrients to cells, and keep organs functioning properly. Being well-hydrated also improves sleep quality, cognition, and mood
• Throughout the duration of the program we want you to track your water, drinking a minimum of ½ your body weight in ounces each day. For example, if you weigh 150LBs, that would be 75 ounces. That’s about 4 and a half 16oz bottles. You can do that. And on days where you add in workouts that really get you sweating, consider bumping that up a bottle.
• There are tons of apps, like these, that allow you to track water consumption in cases that help you keep track.
