The Workouts

- You must complete 12 SSoD Workouts from August 1 – August 31
- Classes Must Be 30 Min or Longer
- You must “Comment” on the Class when You’re Done. This is done from the screen where you play your class video. If you don’t comment, we don’t know you did it! Begin each comment with “SLF2018”
- You must do the 10 items on the Summer Fit List and then take a picture of it and post it by the end of the challenge. Some of the Summer Fit List Challenges include:
- Do a Two-a-Day (2 SSOD classes in one day)
- Take a class with an instructor you’ve never taken from or one you have taken the least of.
- Do a good deed for someone or give a fellow Komrade you have never spoken to a compliment on the private Facebook group page.
- Use a reusable water bottle for a week!

The Community Support
You will be invited to a special facebook group where you can interact with your Challenge Leader (Trainer AJ!). Don’t have facebook? No problem, we also have an internal forum we’ll be using just for this group.
Who is considered a Winner?
Anyone that meets all the goals above. If you do, you’ll be entered into our raffle for prizes at the end of the Challenge!
