Class Description
Let’s call this one the ICE BUCKET CHALLENGE because you’re gonna get drenched fast! Bethany’s got some great drills that’ll test and improve not only your physical fitness level, but your mental game too! When it starts to get tough you gotta remember that you can do ANYTHING for 30 minutes! Push.
