I recently bought a Spin® bike and searched for videos of Spin® classes on youtube. The StudioSWEAT classes are excellent, and by far the best that I have found.
I have really benefitted from the sessions, and remain motivated to train every day from home. This is something that I have struggled with previously due to work, family, and other commitments, however the vibe in the StudioSWEAT sessions keeps me focused.
