Ab & Core Classes
Cat always says, “Strong core, Strong Body.” If you want that you’re gonna love the SSoD Ab & Core Workouts. We have tummy flattening ab workouts that are as short as 4 minutes, as long as 30 minutes, and everything in between. So, whenever you’re in the mood for a hard core (pun so… intended), flat ab making, tummy tightening, mid-section melting workout – press play on one of these.
