Hop back on the bike for some challenging interval sprints where the intervals are 30 quick seconds, but it’s 30 seconds of tough, teeth gritting, mind blowing, sweat inducing spinning®. Oh wait, then off the bike for more core carving intervals. Back to the bike for a ladder hill climb drill to really work those legs and lungs. Finishing with a final ab flattening set that transitions into a well deserved stretch.
