This 30 Minute kickboxing video is great for the beginner and hard core athlete alike. It starts with boxing master, Chavva (pronounced Hava), going over some basic boxing/kickboxing exercises, and then once she feels like you have those nailed, she turns up the heat with some high-intensity cardio intervals! Your legs will be lovin’ that oh-so-good burn, your shoulders and arms will be feelin’ totally toned, and your core will feel crushed! All good things. Let’s kick it!
