Core, calorie burn, and cycle! Yea! Come along for the ride as we train hard in this high-energy, east coast style 50 minute Spin Core class, filled with intervals, hills, and, of course, some calorie-torching sprints. Don’t forget about that core work in between, which is quick and effective, making you dig deep for more.
Time will fly by as Melissa’s contagious energy and fun beats distract you from the fact that you’re working your can off! And each pedal stroke and ab exercise will get you one step closer to feeling great and looking your best! Let’s SWEAT baby!

This Spin class is insanity at its best. There is a ton of fat-melting speed work in this close to 50 minute ride. And, when the cycling ends, an AWESOME ab-firming set begins!
By the way, the SSoD brothers and sister keep talking about how crazy I was back in 2012, so I pulled these drills from one of the first ever SSoD class releases, but added some twists and new jams. Here’s what I found out – they’re right. I was nuts back then, but in a good way. So, in the words of Linkin Park, “Can I get an encore, do you want more”? Mmmmhmmm… I feel the need for speed. Let’s get our Spinning run on.

That’s right ladies and gents, we know that you found the Original Hills & Drills class one of THE best Spin classes online, and then there was Hills & Drills 2, another winner. So… why not a Hills & Drills 3! That’s right, Cat Kom is back and the waterfalls of sweat continue in the second sequel, and it does NOT disappoint. In Hills & Drills 3, Cat opens with a killer hill set. The variety of climbs is sen…sational! Then come the drills, my friends. They’re up, they’re down, they’re fast, and they’re fun! Little abs after the 50-minute ride as a bonus. This class is a shining example of what makes you fit… versus what makes you “Studio SWEAT fit”. Leggo.

Pop quiz. What is one of the toughest things to maintain on the bike? Endurance? Yes, but not what I was thinking. Strength? Of course, but still not it. Form, dedication, breathing? Yes, Yes, Yes….But what I’m talking about is CONTROL.
We’ll work each song at specific cadences, challenging your mind & your legs to stay on tempo while pushing yourself to the edge of exertion. Maintaining that level of control is challenging and when you get off the bike you should feel drained but like a CHAMP! Like you WON! And when the ride is over you get (yes get) to do a 15 minute core set that really packs a punch, literally. 😉 Four words…DO… NOT… MISS… IT.
Your checklist: Maintain control, Sweat a river, Kill the Core, Relish the results
