No joke, you WILL drop tidal wave level sweat and some major kCals in this hour-long, high-intensity Spin workout. After a warm-up that shoots you straight into the fat-burning zone, the drills come at you in pairs – two songs each of accelerations, climbs, speed, and mixed terrain. And just when you think you’ve finished them all, you’ll get to repeat the sequence with one song each, and a little surprise or two thrown in. At the end, we’ll hit the floor for a long flowy stretch to bring your heart rate back down and reward your body. Grab a towel, hop on your bike, and prepare for a tidal wave of sweat to hit you!

An Enduring Ride.
To display endurance, one must have the ability “to sustain a prolonged stressful effort or activity.” If accomplished, it is declared that one has “endured.” This word describes one who has “gained continued acknowledgement of worth or greatness.”
This endurance Spinning workout frames all of the qualities one needs to gain endurance: three long, sustained 8+ minute rides, followed by a 20 minute series of High Intensity Intervals. Then we culminate with a 9+ minute climb and cool down. The ultimate goal of cycling, indoor or out, is to cement your relationship with the art of enduring! This class will get you there.

Welcome to my favorite workout of all time – I call it PRIME CLIMB… 2! The first Prime Climb workout was so wildly popular that I was compelled to bring you a sequel.
In this amazing 40 Minute Spin Class, we’re climbing with our legs timed to the beat of the music for pretty much 30 minutes straight. I know, I know, that sounds so hard, but that’s not how you should look at it. It’s an incredible accomplishment and you CAN do it.
In the first Prime Climb, we went from shorter, steeper hills, to longer, flatter hills. In this one we flip that – starting with longer, flatter hills, then ending with shorter, steeper grades. Life’s a climb, so let’s start trekking.

P.S. If you missed the Original Prime Climb, you can see it here. You don’t have to have taken it to excel on this ride, but do try it soon if you have not. And if you’re not an All Access Pass holder (why not btw), you can download the original Prime Climb here.

When you hop on your bike for this no-repeat Spin class (meaning you won’t repeat any of the drills – one shot!) with Trainer Fred, be ready for a challenge. Whether you choose the 30 or 45 minute option for this ride, it’ll push you mentally and physically with its power, endurance, and strength drills in and out of the saddle. By the end, will you be grimacing or can you keep smiling just like Fred? Press play to find out!
This workout does not include a cool-down, but we have some great options here!
