Welcome to my favorite workout of all time – I call it PRIME CLIMB… 2! The first Prime Climb workout was so wildly popular that I was compelled to bring you a sequel.
In this amazing 40 Minute Spin Class, we’re climbing with our legs timed to the beat of the music for pretty much 30 minutes straight. I know, I know, that sounds so hard, but that’s not how you should look at it. It’s an incredible accomplishment and you CAN do it.
In the first Prime Climb, we went from shorter, steeper hills, to longer, flatter hills. In this one we flip that – starting with longer, flatter hills, then ending with shorter, steeper grades. Life’s a climb, so let’s start trekking.

Because of the typically heavy framework of an indoor cycling bike, riders seldom need to focus on balance. This ride is about stability and balance. Designed, in part, for our SSoD members who use Stationary Trainers, we are riding with the intention of maintaining steady, consistent power as we alternate foot speeds. Whether we are doing 4-count pulses, 20 second breakaways, or one minute presses, staying centered and concentrating on symmetrical push/pull foot strokes will allow you to ride harder and more efficiently. 95% of this ride is in the saddle, so get comfortable and let’s crush this route.

Get ready to be crowned King or Queen of the Mountain! This 60 Minute Streaming Spinning class has 3 monster hills between 6-9 minutes long. Attack each hill with confidence, and look back over your shoulder as you pass rider after rider who can’t…keep…UP!
In between each hill, the fat will practically fall off as you conquer jumps, sprints, and flats. These “drills between hills” will make this one of the best cardio workouts around, and will make you stronger and more ready than ever for that next victorious climb.
