Rebecca & Brian together? Oh… my… SWEAT. Both of these trainers absolutely BRING IT in this fast-paced, fun, creative, body-toning, fat-crushing Spinning class!
Rebecca starts things off with a high energy ride, paired with an upper body sculpting masterpiece. Brian then jumps in with endurance, jumps, and sprints on the bike followed by a killer lower-body & plyo set on the floor. But wait, there’s more…
The 2nd half is straight up CRAZY! (and we love us some crazy) with the two trainers trading off songs like a couple of heavyweight fighters trading punches. But, the only thing that gets knocked out is fat!
Fighters, touch gloves. Ding Ding!
Hungry for a good ride? Good, because this 3 course menu is insane! The first course has calorie-crushing jumps, stamina-building endurance drills, and cardio-building Tabata sprints that will make your mouth (and entire body for that matter) water.
For our second course, we hit the breaks for 7 minutes of killer ab-flattening exercises. Embrace the burn! And for our final course, expect jumps to the beat, drafting simulations, cadence building drives, and a heavy gear ride that’ll build strength with each sweaty, gritty pedal stroke.
