At less than 10 minutes, Trainer Elli calls this a “level 1” beginner-friendly full-body strength workout, where you’ll get 8 simple no-repeat moves that you’ll probably recognize. The sets are great for toning all your major muscle groups without lifting huge weights. Give it a try, and even if you’re newer to strength training, you’ll feel like a pro in no time!

This is a tough one, not gonna lie – that’s why we call it Kettlehell! It’s a high-intensity, strength & cardio Kettlebell workout. Trainer Sam will lead you through a quick warm-up, and then straight into 3 blocks of killer kettlebell exercises with body-weight cardio bursts peppered in. You’ll build strength and burn a decent amount of fat. So, grab your kettlebell and any dumbbells you have handy, then click play because in the words of Churchill, “If you’re going through hell…keep going!”

Expect to have a blast and blast fat with this Studio SWEAT onDemand 20 to 30 Minute (depending on if you do 2 or 3 rounds) Mommy (or Daddy) and Me workout. It’s great to do from home with your baby, toddler, or pre-school aged kiddo. There are 4 heart-pumping, body-sculpting super-sets, each having 3 exercises, one for the lower-body, followed by one for the upper-body, and finishing with one for the core.
Having kids doesn’t mean you can’t be in shape! As a matter of fact, you can use them as your workout tool, which is awesome because as they grow, so does the level of difficulty, right!? Just be careful, and if you don’t feel comfortable doing any of the exercises holding them, just put them at your side and let them watch you break a quick sweat.

May the fierce be with you! Because you’re about to press play on a non-stop, 30-minute HIIT workout where even the “recovery” periods are gonna benefit that bod. In that way it’s not your traditional HIIT, it’s better. Trainer Jessica says, “This is probably my favorite way to train… short, sweaty, and not so sweet.” The majority of moves are combo moves, geared at working the legs, glutes, and core, but don’t worry, there’s plenty of upper-body snuck in there too. Let the torching begin.
