The work this time comes in a 5-minute circuit of arms, followed by a 5-minute circuit of core… 3 times. 🙂 But, good news, without ever repeating a sequence! Rebecca said, “I ate two pieces of humble pie during this workout. Come on, you know you wanna join me!”.

Ready or not, this fast-paced, ever-changing Spinning Class offers plenty of flat and fast sprints, interval drills, and climbs. Within most songs, options to make it more or less intense are given, but there is no pacing yourself!
Take it one song at a time, and never be thinking about what’s next so you can redefine your definition of exhaustion! Come along for the ride, it’s worth it!
This Bootcamp workout, in short, is humbling.
After a 5 minute progressive warmup, we dive right into a 10 minute circuit of upper body lifting, sprinkled with challenging recovery exercises in between. Then it’s on to legs, legs, LEGS, and other lower body moves for an intense 5 minute circuit, which you’ll do twice. The band work is muscularly exhausting, but fun, as there are a number of options for those seeking more intensity or perhaps a little less.
To close… all good things deserve a good stretch, so we finish with a short but sweet full body stretch. Have fun with this one! I sure did!

Rebecca starts things off with a high energy ride, paired with an upper body sculpting masterpiece. Brian then jumps in with endurance, jumps, and sprints on the bike followed by a killer lower-body & plyo set on the floor. But wait, there’s more…
The 2nd half is straight up CRAZY! (and we love us some crazy) with the two trainers trading off songs like a couple of heavyweight fighters trading punches. But, the only thing that gets knocked out is fat!
Fighters, touch gloves. Ding Ding!
Get ready to feel the burn on and off the bike with this fast-paced Spin Sculpt workout! Between cardio bursts on the bike, you’ll experience 5 muscle-toning dismounts ranging from 3-5 min where your heart rate will stay in that fat burning zone and your muscles will scream for rest. Every muscle group is targeted with some body weight sets, along with some combination lifts with dumbbells.
Note* please have a light set of dumbbells (or grab a couple of water bottles to use) as backups in case, as some exercises challenge not only strength and endurance, but also core stability/balance. There are modifications offered to make the sets more challenging and intense, or to bring it down a notch to be less intimidating and more manageable. So… there are no excuses for you to not go after this. Have fun working towards flat abs and firm obliques!
