Equipment: Dumbbells
Get ready to carve it up! Heres the skinny (ha!): We have 4 rounds of sculpting circuits. 40 seconds of work with a 15 sec “break.” Heads up that set two is 11 minutes of nothing but cardio!!! Grab a couple of sets of dumbbells if you have them. Preferably a lighter set, heavier set, and an extra heavy if you have it. If not your still good. Go carve!!
