You are not going to BELIEVE what you can accomplish in 25 minutes! I’ll tell you this, it gonna be more muscle and less fat, that’s for sure. A great mix of combo moves and isolated exercises, plus a few cardio burst make this class an absolutely amazing express workout. I challenge you to grab heavier weights ( I had 15s!), then drop weight if you need to. That is how we do! ~Cat
