Time Under Tension to Tone (Rip V43)

In this “Time Under Tension to Tone” hour you’ll discover pacing patterns that overlap between tracks, musical speed changes, Deadlifts in three tracks, bar-work and bodywork in both Chest and Triceps, Biceps training with supinated and pronated grip, a standing and kneeling Back track to strengthen the postural musculature, a Core track with three different elevations, and a fantastic Stretch track to close. In less than an hour we tackle functional strength training with a weighted bar, plates or dumbbells, body weight, and plyometrics. Let’s lift!
