Equipment: Indoor Cycling Bike # of Dismounts: 2 Dismount Spots: Multiple Throughout
Time for 30 minutes of non-stop calorie-crushing spinning and sculpting, so eat your Wheaties before you hit Play because you won’t stop till the end.
After a fast warm up, you’ll be headed right to a hill. At the top, dismount for a strengthening push-up plank drill working that upper body and core. Back to the bike for an endurance ride designed to push you towards that red zone. Hop off again to carve up those lean long legs. Next is cardio crankin’ jumps and sprints on the bike, leading into a toning back & core floor set. And then… one final challenging hill climb. I’m so excited to knock this out. Let’s go!
