You vs. you is the name of the game in this power hour. Get the legs and heart pumping hard on the bike, then jump into body sculpting resistance training on the floor with 1 minute rounds. Do NOT count your reps, just get them in. The goal…do NOT stop till you’re told to! Sprinkle in cardio bursts on the bike to keep the sweat drippin’ and you’ll be one drenched hard body when it’s over.

Don’t get me wrong, there are a few flat road stretches to balance out this amazing Spin workout video, but get ready to hit that hill and work hard for it!
And for the killer total body sculpt portion, all you’ll need is a resistance band (or dumbbells) and some grit to get it done! From your chest, to your back, shoulders, and all the way down to your toes, we work it all in just 20 minutes before hitting the bike again.
