Your mind plays a big part in a successful workout, and in this class, Jess helps you get your mind AND body dialed right in. Each track in this 45-minute cycle and strength session is a drill with a specific focus – some for your mind, others for your body – all designed for a strong, sweaty workout. On the bike you’ll be working your glutes and quads for power, while bringing positivity to your thoughts as you emphasize strong push/pull pedal strokes and dig deep to honor a hero in your life. Clear out your distracting thoughts and get ready to take on the world. Let’s Focus Baby!
Class Format: Ride, Sculpt in the Middle, Ride Some More!

Sing it…”Joy-oy-oy-oy, and pain. Sunshine and the rain,” because Olga brings it in this Great Spin Fusion Workout. With a unique, must-try format, she starts with 20 minutes on the floor for some “painful” full body circuit-style strength training. Then she has us hop on our bikes for a “joy” ride stacked with drills that will get your blood pumping. Leggo!
This workout does not include a cool-down, but we have some great options here!

Let’s channel some of nature’s strength, power, and vigor. What’s your spirit animal? (Miriam’s is the eagle.) Bring it to the floor. Bring it to the bike.
We start with a dynamic floor warm-up using the step to get long, warm, and ready. Then it’s three songs on the bike, using extra-light weights (Miriam uses 2lbs), with full-body engagement, speed intervals, and balance challenges.
Between bike rounds, we HIIT the floor hard:
• Round 1 and 2: Two exercises, counting to five on your own, 2:30 each
• Round 3: Four exercises, twice through, 30sec on/7sec recovery
• Round 4: 30sec on/7sec recovery. Another four-exercise finisher — dynamic, kickboxing-inspired, multi-plane movement
