Welcome to my favorite workout of all time – I call it PRIME CLIMB… 2! The first Prime Climb workout was so wildly popular that I was compelled to bring you a sequel.
In this amazing 40 Minute Spin Class, we’re climbing with our legs timed to the beat of the music for pretty much 30 minutes straight. I know, I know, that sounds so hard, but that’s not how you should look at it. It’s an incredible accomplishment and you CAN do it.
In the first Prime Climb, we went from shorter, steeper hills, to longer, flatter hills. In this one we flip that – starting with longer, flatter hills, then ending with shorter, steeper grades. Life’s a climb, so let’s start trekking.

P.S. If you missed the Original Prime Climb, you can see it here. You don’t have to have taken it to excel on this ride, but do try it soon if you have not. And if you’re not an All Access Pass holder (why not btw), you can download the original Prime Climb here.

It’s all about the ride. 50 minutes of sweating from head to toe. The focus of this Spinning® class is consistent cadence, whether you’re on a flat straight away or some hilly terrain. Stay focused on keeping those legs moving forward with strength and endurance and you’re gonna get a killer workout.

Shift your bike into a high gear and shift your perspective to be open to experience a virtual reality style spinning ride where your view is alongside Mimi (instead of a usual face-to-face class). You’ll conquer various terrain with her in this 45-minute Indoor Cycling journey by tackling rollers, hill repeats, and even some hill sprints to really get your heart pumping. Want flat roads? There are a couple sections to loosen up those legs… but they’re short and sweet to keep the climb in focus. Full turn on, let’s go!

This workout is called a “blend;”what that means is the music is seamless, allowing the rider to continue working out without a break. The first 26 minutes are a continuous series of climbs and flat road rides, culminating in a run. This is followed by a more testing series of road rides and climbs. Time to train.
