Welcome back Mere. Balancing heavier weights on my thigh was a challenge because my heaviest weights are more plate weight and circular in design, a bit difficult to stabilize. I loved seeing the workout “toys” in the gym you filmed in. It gave me some ideas for future purchases. I may make it a Mere W week and revisit some of your old workouts!

Holy cow! I have jelly legs now. So glad you’re back, Mere! I loved the class! Simple moves that are very effective! 💦💪😅 I have a suggestion for a class. You were always so good at push-ups, For an upper body class, give us pointers on how you worked up to full push-ups on your toes. I do them from my knees and and try from toes but can never do more than 1. 😂 Thanks Mere!

So happy to have Mere back!! This was great because my knees and lunges don’t get along. Love having these options to burn out the hamstrings, quads and glutes without lunging. That finisher was a killer! Will come back to this one often. Thanks Mere!
