    15-ish Min Legs & Core (No Up Down, Up Down)

    “Up down, up down, up down” might be a great song lyric, but it’s NOT the tune we’re singing in this Leg & Core Workout. Wahoo! We’ll do all the standing moves first, including some simple lower-body sculptors and some killer standing ab exercises. Then we’ll finish down low with some awesome tummy toners. Let me know how you like it!!

    Pro Tip: Add a weight to turn up the heat!!

    And yes, I suckered Chuck & Jordan into coming on camera for this cuz they were in town to meet the trainers and stuff. Teehee, they did pretty great!!

    Killer Cardio + Total Body Sculpt

This HIIT-Pilates combo class kicks off with a body-weight HIIT segment with 10 exercises that you’ll sweat through two rounds of. Then cool it down on the mat with a lower-intensity Pilates session where Sam guides you through 15 of her favorite core-strengthening and body-lengthening moves. Hit play for this can’t-miss combo!

    GYM HARDER: Beastly Bells Workout

    Mo’ equipment, Mo’ gains! We’re gonna do a full-body lift with 3 types of equipment. It’s our GYM HARDER Beastly Bell Workout with a Barbell, a Kettlebell, and then Dumbbells – about 15 min of each, and in that order. Don’t have all three pieces of equipment? No problem! You can do all the exercises with just dumbbells by following my lovely assistant. So grab what you got and pump, pump, pump it up!

    20/20 Cycle Yoga

    Sweat it out with Marie in this amazing indoor cycle fusion flow workout, where the focus is on the here and now. The session combines a 20-minute burst of cycling fun with a 20-minute feel-good yoga sequence. First, get your heart rate up with resistance loading and speed drills in and out of the saddle. Then, let the good vibes roll with deep stretches, isometric holds, and a breath-to-movement guided yoga flow. Inhale. Exhale. SWEAT. Repeat!

    Fast-paced Tread/Sculpt (Spin Option)

    Once you’re all warmed up, it’s GO TIME! Go, Go, GO in this fast-paced, SWEAT-y treadmill and sculpt workout (with a Spin bike option!) that packs in intervals of killer cardio with full-body, muscle-toning dumbbell work. On the tread/bike, you’ll push through hill-repeaters or resistance and cadence push sets. Quickly hopping off the tread/bike, you’ll knock out 50-second power-building sets with short transitions. The pace is set, let’s goooo!

    Format: Dynamic floor warm-up, then alternating cardio+sculpt+cardio+sculpt+cardio, followed by a cool-down stretch.

    Pilates Sculpt Circuit

We’ll perform 10 Mat Pilates exercises in an interval circuit format, working for 45 seconds, resting for 15 seconds. In this totally rad version, Carolyn delivers on those requests with a fat-frying 45-minute step-aerobic online video, taking you back to the days where banana clips were the accessory of choice. Plus, to make it an hour-long workout, she adds an optional 15-minute killin-it core sesh that will tighten & tone those abs.
