Get ready to take on this dynamic duo ride where Olga and Jessica tag-team your Spin & Sculpt session for the ultimate total-body challenge. You’ll hop on the bike with Olga to get that heart rate soaring, then off the bike for an AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) strength circuit that’ll light up every muscle.
Here’s how it goes:
Round 1: On the bike with Olga – an endurance ride to warm up your body and fire up your legs.
Round 2: 10-minute AMRAP off-bike with Olga – dig deep through strength moves that test your grit and endurance.
Round 3: Back on the bike with Jessica – crush climbs, sprints, and power pushes to bring the heat.
Round 4: Final 8-minute AMRAP with Jessica – one last sweat-drenched showdown to finish strong and leave nothing behind.
This one’s all about teamwork, power, and serious fun.

Time to burn those kCals and firm those legs in this amazing online Bike & Barre class! To start, hop on your bike and get ready for sprints, a heavy gradual climb, drills in and out of the saddle, and more. You only have 25 minutes on the bike, so expect an intense ride as Carolyn uses the music to push you to get the most fat-burning out of that time!
After that, it’s onto the Barre portion, where Carolyn takes you through a variety of leg-firming moves that’ll be sure to get your legs shaking. Press play and get ready to sweat!

This isn’t 1 workout, it’s 4 (or maybe even 5 if you’re feeling super strong), all packed into about an hour. 2 of the workouts are on the bike, where the first focuses on leg-strengthening power, and the second focuses on cardio-crankin’ speed. Then on the floor there are another 2 of the best workouts with exercise slides! No slides, no problem… use paper plates like Cat did! And… if you’re feeling sassy, add the bonus 5th workout (which is a short dumbbell workout) to what is one Spin Fusion class. Click play to ride and slide!

Once you’re all warmed up, it’s GO TIME! Go, Go, GO in this fast-paced, SWEAT-y treadmill and sculpt workout (with a Spin bike option!) that packs in intervals of killer cardio with full-body, muscle-toning dumbbell work. On the tread/bike, you’ll push through hill-repeaters or resistance and cadence push sets. Quickly hopping off the tread/bike, you’ll knock out 50-second power-building sets with short transitions. The pace is set, let’s goooo!
Format: Dynamic floor warm-up, then alternating cardio+sculpt+cardio+sculpt+cardio, followed by a cool-down stretch.
