Who do you want to be today, right now, and exude love, light, and positive energy. This class will get you thinking, sweating, lifting, and loving. Grab your bike, water, towel, and dumbbells, and let’s put in some physical and mental heart work friends!

    Get ready for a power-packed workout that blends the best of the bike with serious strength on the floor. In Performance Cycle & Strength, Rebecca takes you through a high-energy, classic-rock-fueled session that hits both endurance and muscle in all the right ways.

    This ride features a 3-dismount format: every other song you’ll hop off the bike for hard-hitting, heavy strength intervals designed to build power, stability, and full-body resilience. Then it’s right back in the saddle to push performance with gritty climbs, steady grinds, and rock-driven intensity.

    Let’s turn it up and tear it up.

    Energy Comeback Bike Bootcamp

    Join Miriam and Katie for a ride-and-floor Bootcamp designed to help you call your energy back from all the places modern life drains it. We’re not conserving energy here — we’re creating it.

    Your class flows in waves of floor (warm up/mobility)→ bike → floor → bike → floor, finishing with a lyrical “come home to yourself” ride so you can step back into your life more charged, clear, and connected.

    Get ready! Olga is bringing you 50 minutes of power. You’ll torch calories on the bike with heart-pumping cardio, then hit the floor for strength training that sculpts every major muscle group. Equal parts sweat and strength, this class proves Olga doesn’t mess around.

    Fire Cycle & Lit HIIT

    Let’s channel some of nature’s strength, power, and vigor. What’s your spirit animal? (Miriam’s is the eagle.) Bring it to the floor. Bring it to the bike.

    We start with a dynamic floor warm-up using the step to get long, warm, and ready. Then it’s three songs on the bike, using extra-light weights (Miriam uses 2lbs), with full-body engagement, speed intervals, and balance challenges.

    Between bike rounds, we HIIT the floor hard:

    • Round 1 and 2: Two exercises, counting to five on your own, 2:30 each
    • Round 3: Four exercises, twice through, 30sec on/7sec recovery
    • Round 4: 30sec on/7sec recovery. Another four-exercise finisher — dynamic, kickboxing-inspired, multi-plane movement

    Thrills & Hills (45 Min Spin Core)

Start on the floor for a 12-minute whole body sculpting session before transitioning smoothly to your bike for a non-stop 20-minute cardio blast. Let’s lift and ride!

    4 Quarters Tabata Torture 2 (60 Min Spin Sculpt)

    If you’ve done the original 4 Quarters Tabata Torture workout, you already know that this is a tortuously fun way to fry fat & build muscle. It’s broken into 4 quarters, odd rounds you’re Spinning, and even rounds are your HIIT Strength sets on the floor. All 4 quarters include some version of Tabata drills, with one of the floor sets targeting those large muscle groups, then the next hitting the smaller muscle groups. It’s awesome.
